Why We Like It
Pahdi treats coffee as the headline rather than a supporting act. The enormous glass-and-steel space looks straight over Mount Batur and the lake, while the menu brings together Indonesian specialty beans, an artisan bakery and an all-day kitchen.
Morning is bright and coffee-led; later, the room shifts toward chargrill dishes, cocktails and a warmer after-dark mood. It is big, bold and surprisingly easy to settle into for a few hours.
